1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid driver's license in your jurisdiction to use Rolls & Digs. By creating an account, you represent that both are true.

2. Acceptable use

Rolls & Digs is intended for use only on closed courses, sanctioned events, and private property with the owner's consent. You may not use the app to organize, conduct, or record races on public roads. Doing so violates these Terms and most likely the law where you live.

3. Assumption of risk

Motorsport activity is inherently dangerous. You assume all risk of injury, death, and property damage arising from your use of the app and any related activity. Rolls & Digs provides telemetry tooling; it is not a safety system.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

5. Content and license

You retain ownership of content you upload (car photos, build notes, race traces). You grant Digs & Rolls a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display that content as required to operate the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are endangering others. You may delete your account at any time from your profile.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rolls & Digs disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app and by email.
